Michelle Farley’s journey in the legal field began when she graduated from NYU School of Law and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis at the Federal District Court of Maryland in Baltimore. After honing her skills at prominent law firms in Washington, DC, she relocated to Pennsylvania, where she developed her own successful solo practice from 1988 to 2012. Throughout her career, Michelle has specialized in family law, estate planning, real estate, title insurance, and district court matters.

From 2012 to 2023, Michelle served as the head of the family law department at Fisher & Fisher Law Offices, where she became well-known for her expertise in handling complex divorce and custody cases, including high-asset divorces and contested custody battles. In June 2023, she launched Farley Law, LLC, a practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, strategic legal representation in family law, guardianship, estate planning, and other legal matters.
